Hurray! My copy came in yesterday. Cannot wait to make the Miso-Glazed Salmon w/ Gingered Rice, the Peko Peko Udon (middle cover pic), the Whole Wheat Choco-Sticks (homemade Pocky Sticks), the Yuzu Cupcakes and the Almost No-Bake Tofu Cheesecake! Oishii! [.~_~.]
